Good staff, and a lot of fun. Kids loved it. The food is not why you go here, it's like microwaved frozen dinners. More

I have actor friends that work here so don't tell them I said this, but it's such a gimmick. The kids will love it, but it's a big ol' rip-off with bad to average food that is highly overpriced (to pay the actors). If the food was decent, it MIGHT be worth it. More

When we first entered I thought "Awesome!" as they immediately started with a little show for us, but when we entered the rest of the building I was extremely worried. Seemed very dingy to me and unkempt. I had pre-ordered our menu to guarantee we would have reservations which I immediately realized that even on a Friday night I had... More

The prices are outrageous for what you get here. If they're going to charge $3 bucks a person for the 'entertainment fee' they should at least have reasonable food prices relative to the food you're getting. I don't mind spending as lot if the food is quality. We ordered 1 salad, 1 burger, and 2 kids meals (mac and cheese,... More

Went here with a group of high schoolers and of course, they loved the atmosphere of creepy, animatronic mummies and statues, along with the whole haunted house vibe. Reasonably entertaining show with a mad scientist type and comedians in Dr. Jekyll costumes wandering about. The staff did a good job of making all the kids feel special by mentioning our... More

I'm not that much of a fan of these theme-style restaurants because they are often irritating and have low quality food. I found this better than some but not highly exciting. If you like this type of thing then I'm sure you will find this one to be good. More

I was part of a group visiting NY and was "dragged" into this place nand as the name suggests, the decor is schizophrenic; if you can think of it, its hanging on the walls. At different points during dinner, the decor comes alive and voices sing and tease the diners...dinner-show kind of thing....I'm way past that Although the food wasnt... More
