Description: The freshest, most flavorful fish, vegetables and fruits, prepared in the subtlest way and served in an elegant, spacious setting, is why Milo's has become of one of New York's most lauded restaurant. Costas Spiliadis, owner/chef, is continuing the standard of excellence he began in Montreal, where he opened the original Milo’s, now a landmark. Patrons can choose their fish from an abundant market display and watch it swiftly grilled in the open kitchen. Feast on savory, yet simple dishes and enjoy impeccable service - all in classic Greek tradition.

One of my favourite restaurants ever and anywhere. Have been going there since I think early 2002 when a (Greek) client took me there. Try and go whenever in New York. I love the cocktail bar, the simple way they grill fish, the starters etc. I am generally disappointed with Greek restaurants, but never this one. Only complaint - it... More

Milos, the Greek restaurant which has sort of set the standard for Greek seafood in New York the last few years, remains at the too of the heap. The food is artfully presented, with the fish on ice. Most of what is served is at least as good as it is in Greece (where Milos also has a restaurant in... More

The service began at the bar (female bartender who was discourteous and almos rude); we moved to our table and waited for service which was just OK. The pre-theater dinner is an excellent value with good choices and tasty food. The rest of the menu requires a large expense account! The waiter was OK and te experience average. In my... More

Light, airy decor. Lively but not too loud for conversation. Servers who know their stuff. And some of the best sea food you will ever taste. The char grilled octopus was unlike anything I've ever had before--incredible. The seafood was worth the hefty prices, but I have to roll my eyes at a $32 mixed greens salad. Come on. All... More

What can you say about a place where a single glass of white wine at the bar is $20? Yes, the food is good and the fish is about as fresh as it could be. You'll probably see at least one famous power player type person there (recent sightings were Hillary Clinton and Benjamin Netanyahu) and there are always dozens... More

My wife and I went here for the Pre-Theater prix fixe dinner. The decor is very clean warm and definitely reminds you of places in Greece. Be sure to check out the huge display of fresh fish on ice that is almost like a focal point of the restuarant. You can literally go to it with your waiter and pick... More

If you like great food and superlative service, this is the place for you. It's not cheap, but worth it. Great atmosphere, service is impeccable with extremely knowledgeable waiters- visit the fish market and get the rundown on all of the amazingly fresh fare. We have never had less than a geat meal here, and never come to New York... More

The sole of fish is excellent, and the greek salad could not have been any better! I had grilled octopus for an appetizer and it was rich and delicious. Lots of local business types, groups of men and few women among them. The hosts were sensitive to my being there alone, sat me at a table soon. You must have... More

We're eaten in the Montreal restaurant and this was our second visit to the NYC location. Once again the fish is amazingly fresh and perfectly prepared. Not a lot of fuss, simply grilled with olive oil, salt and herbs. We shared a salad and a roasted beet dish - very fresh and tasted great. My husband had key lime pie... More
