Had a very enjoyable lunch here. Good service. Well cooked food. Good choice of draught beers. Friendly staff, welcoming place
I absolutely fell in love with this pub during my two nights in Manhattan. I even might plan future trips in this area just so I could use this place as my eating and drinking destination. The service is TOP NOTCH and the food is excellent and moderately-priced for Midtown. They also have a WIDE array of beers (including a... More
We had chopped salad of apples, goat cheese, green beans, radicchio, romaine, topped with a sherry vinegar, shallot & chive vinaigrette. Phenom!! Also excellent crab cake appetizer. Bacon-wrapped meatloaf & tangy fish tacos rounded out the meal. So good I'm reviewing it now, while we're waiting to split dessert of bananas toffee & chocolate.
I went to the Cock & Bull for lunch on 11/16 and enjoyed the experience. Great ambiance and decor as it had a real feel of an authentic British pub. The service was excellent, they have a good draught beer selection including my favorite import,Newcastle Brown Ale. The meatball sliders app was delicious - certainly recommended.
Stopped for late lunch/early dinner after a trip to MOMA. Upstairs seating or bar seating available. Good lunch options, including bacon wrapped meatloaf on whipped taters. We both had that - was very good, cooked just right! I had a half pint of black and tan, my cousin a glass of wine. Water was refilled often, with cute old school... More

We ate upstairs in the loft. Great service and amazing food. Wife had the burger, which she claimed was one of the best ever. I... More
We had a great meal here. Seated right away on a Saturday night(by luck.) Had fish & chips, bangers & mash, grilled sa?mon sandwich and the bacon wrapped meatloaf at our table. All were spectacular! Good pub style with warm hospitality from waitstaff.
Went here for dinner tonight. Staff are lovely. Big portion sizes. Nice atmosphere.....worth a visit
Went to the Cock & Bull for evening dinner on a whim whilst prowling Midtown for food.. Waiting staff were very polite, there was a good range of British pub style foods on offer, as well as a huge range of drinks including British Ale which my father very much welcomed! Food was an extremely pleasant surprise, with dishes priced... More
We had a good dinner here this week. Nothing special. My friend ordered the fish & chips and thought they were quite good. I had the Prix Fixe menu with a very yummy green salad (the dressing was delicious), and pasta with tomato sauce. That was only ok. The dessert was a very good carrot cake. It was a busy... More
