Description: Put some South in yo' Mouth! at Brother Jimmy's BBQ located on 8th Avenue and 31st Street. We accept reservations for parties up to 12 guests. Please call us if you need a larger party booking. Reservations require a $10 food per person minimum.
We serve down home cooking with southern hospitality. We also serve as the home away from home for all ACC alumni.

The ribs are huge & delicious, the margarita are tasty & come by the jug. Reasonably priced & a great atmosphere.

Brother Jimmy's BBQ is located at the SW corner of the MSG block, just off of 8th Ave and 31st. If you're in the area and in the mood for BBQ, this is the stop you're looking for. Whether your in for lunch or dinner, there is plenty of variety to choose from.

Everyone has their opinion about which BBQ joint has the best food. This place may not have the best food, but it's reliable, tasty, and fun. The pulled pork and wet Northern ribs are our particular favorites. They also make great margaritias. It's a dive, so don't expect much in the way of atmosphere but if you find yourself next...

We visited the Brother Jimmy's in the upper west side on Amsterdam & 80th. It's a nice place with good service, but it was a bit of a dichotomy.
