Pre-Fix dinner is a bargain at $55.00 (from 5-6PM)... we went to this restaurant for a pre-Broadway Dinner and the food and service were fantastic. The experience started BEFORE we got to the restaurant as a nice young woman advised us on the best parking on suggestions to make the best of our time. The food was DELICIOUS although they... More

The food was special, the wine selection was fairly priced and the ambiance was very good for a small place. I would return again in a minute. More

I discovered this restaurant by accident, looking for somewhere new to eat near where we were staying. The decor admittedly is a bit stark (elegantly modernistic, perhaps), but we were greeted attentively, our coats taken courteously, and we were immediately guided to our table. Pre-dinner drinks were ordered, and arrived without any undue delay, and a waiter was on hand... More

The location of the restaurant already is a handicap; the modern bar at the entrance is very poorly laid out and inefficient (wasted space); the dining areas layout is unusual but not bad; the view out the rear of the restaurant is a view of an ugly back of a building (how about a green trellis to cover it!). The... More

They opened one year ago this excellent French restaurant. Decor is very simple no white tablecloth on a two level Hell's kitchen townhouse. Service is accurate, we had Carlos that give us many details on food preparations. Prawns a la plancha were extremely fresh and well cooked as the duck and the juicy scallops. To avoid gaining weight we skip... More

Treat yourself to a sommelier as wise about ale as he is about wine. To compliment our appetizers our sommelier suggested the perfect Riesling for her pate and Bear Republic Rye Pale Ale for my apple blue cheese salad. To compliment her scallops was another fine white; and my filet and short ribs was paired with a dark Founders Porter.... More

We had a very nice meal at La Silhoette. The beet salad was great, as was the duck and the salmon. All creatively prepared and presented. Wine list skewed to France, but I guess that's to be expected. I chose a California Pinot Noir and it was served a bit on the cold side, but the sommelier was very chatty... More

Wonderful quality tasting food and impressive waitstaff. Big hits: wine pairings, duck app., beet salad, sweetbreads, lobster, and special attention to a vegan. Merci to Jesse, Sally and Sam. Can't wait till Brunch. More

My daughter and I had dinner on Easter weekend, and were very impressed with the quality of the food and presentation. The beet salad was delicious and the duck sublime! The extensive wine list produced a wine from the Beaune region that was reasonably priced and perfect match. The service was prompt, knowledgeable, and the place is not pretentious. What... More

I dined alone and, sometimes, that is a challenge. The waitstaff -- particularly Jessy -- were fabulous. I had no idea what to order, so Jessy took care of it. The food was properly portioned (not too much, not too little), and divine. More
