While this isn't the best pizza I've had, it is up there. The biggest compliment is they are generous with their toppings, including prosciutto! The crust and bottom of the pie had a nice char and great flavor. My only slight negative about it was the inside/top of the crust was a big soggy - I think the sauce was... More

Wow ! I was suprised to find such a real old school pizzera with not only charm but also GREAT PIZZA. We started out with the spinach rice balls. (out of this world). I had the the # 1 Special (pepperoni, portobellos & onions) and my GF had the Eggplant Parm. Both were so good we ended up sharing everything. Freshness is... More

I have been to all of the top rated Gourmet Pizza places but this is the absolute best-quality, top-notched pizza I have ever come across. The extremely hot, wood-burning brick oven absolutely contributes to the unique blend and overall tone of flavors. Only the absolute freshest ingredients were used. Vegetables were pre-roasted and marinated for intense flavor galore! The Artisan... More

Actually saw an ad for Capizzi in the program of a Braodway play. Since it was only a couple of blocks from our hotel, we decided to give it a try. The restaurant is very small but there is a GREAT atmosphere. The 4 of us split 2 salads and 2 pizzas. LOVED both. Service was great, waiters and chefs... More

Based on the reviews in YELP, and the short distance from the hotel. we arrived here and got a table for 4 no problem. We did without a starter, expecting the pizzas to be generous. And weren't disappointed. The staff were courteous and attentive. We shared 3 pizzas between the 4 of us and each one was delicious. The triumph... More
