Wow, lots of people in a tiny space. Meal options seemed a bit unsophisticated. I ordered spaghetti out of shear boredom with the menu. Lots of large tables around me and could barely hear the people talking in my own party.

This is a review on both the club and restaurant. First off we had to wait half hour to be seated even though we had dinner reservations and our dinner was already PREPAID due to a selected menu for our dinner party. Lavo is a restaurant with a great atmosphere. The food was ok, nothing spectacular, to NYC standards at least. The service was excellent and it was an ideal spot to start the night before heading down to the club and party it out. The atmosphere is warm and trendy.

The people know very well how important is the good service and what is the meaning of Italian food. It is a stylish and trendy restaurant with nice music and people and you never regret for such a selection.
