LOVE this place! Even though the menu isn't huge, the food was delicious. But the best part was the unlimited champagne, mimosa and bellini. Our waitress made sure our glasses were NEVER empty during the 1.5 hour. We left slightly wasted but it was so worth it!!! More

Small, quirky restaurant typical of the Lower East Side. Generic Italian-American fusion food, well realised. Small wine list, with some curious Portuguese entries, when it could easily be all Italian. We ate in the garden, which was less claustrophobic than the long narrow diningroom. Hugely ample proportions of everything -- we had to get a doggy-bag for the braised beef... More

This little Italian place offers great wine and excellent food selections at a reasonable cost. We enjoyed nice pours of Barbera and Pinot Grigio. The fried calamari was a terrific appetizer. The endive salad with Gorgonzola cheese, pear pieces and candied walnuts was mouthwatering good. The Italian sausage in the fusilli napopetani was nicely spiced. The tiremisu dessert was among... We hadn't set out to go here, but there were seats available on a Friday night and it was raining. A somewhat limited menu, but everything we had was good. It's pretty small, so be prepared for the tables to be close together. Nice brick walls. Too bad the patio wasn't open. And we ended up with leftovers. Extensive wine... More

This lovely little grotto on the Lower East Side of New York City is a real gem!! The food is more Northern Italian (not the typcial fare you've come to expect at most Italian restaurants). Try the fried artichokes -- so good!! The pastas and sauces all taste home-made and the flavours are fresh and delicious. Atmosphere is romantic with... More

I can't wait to go back for dinner or try a brunch. Brunch is $19 for unlimited mimosas, champagne, or Bellini and Monday's are Sangria and Spaghetti for $19. I was there on a regular Wed. night and have a great dinner. The wine was GREAT! More

This restaurant has great food and friendly service. One negative - there was no a/c, and we went on a really hot evening. They had fans that helped a bit but it did get quite warm. The food made it worthwhile and we would go again (maybe on a cooler day!). More

We just made our second trip to Tre. We love this restaurant! The food is authentic Italian and the service is so friendly-a great value for the money. Nestled on Ludlow Street, service is friendly and professional but never rushed. More often than not, the owner will be as attentive to his guests as the waitstaff. Sunday through Thursday, they...
