Went recently food was very good. Place was very warm and cozy. Great for a first date. Drinks were awesome along with service. Def going back
It was dark inside and we did struggle initially to adjust as it was very dark with very faint lights. When the steak came along though - WOW! Absolutely amazing melt in your mouth perfection. Huge portions which neither of us finished. Would definitely recommend.
We visited this steakhouse because of positive reviews and reasonable proximity to our hotel. It was OK but not spectacular. Service was good. We got a good table, so the atmosphere was fine. We ate on a weeknight, so reservations were easy.
Smart, imaginative dishes, in a cozy space; we were downstairs. It's a nice neighborhood spot on a street that is fairly quiet in the evening. The modest wine choices seemed a bit pricey, however.
I ate solo upstairs at the bar and loved the experience. Very comfortable, and the service was great. My "angry lobster" was very good, just a tad too hot for my tastes, but well done and tasty. The side of mashed potatoes ("the works") was disappointing: starchy and not warm enough at all. The dessert (gelato with berries) was a... More
My son in law (a native New Yorker ) highly recommended this restaurant and we were very happy with the choice. It is tucked away and you have to nock to get in and once you enter it is a beautifully decorated in speakeasy fashion. The food was wonderfully delicious. Try the meatballs. We were rolling our eyes at how... More
I'm surprised tripadvisor hasn't listed them separately, however, Tre Dici Steak is a restaurant speakeasy! Very cool. Tre Dici Steak is next door to Tre Dici. To get to Tre Dici Steak, you go into what looks like an apartment building. You then take the elevator to the 2nd floor and go through a door with no sign on it.... More
I found this place on Trip Advisor and we were not disappointed! Its tucked away on the 2nd floor with no obvious signs to its existence and when you open the big black door with tiny spy window its a real surprise! Soft lighting and almost Moulin Rouge boudoir style décor it created a wonderfully relaxed yet sophisticated vibe. Big... More
I had a wonderful dinner here with one of my coworkers- I found the service, ambiance and food to all be very impressive. We started with the crab cocktail and the caprese- both which were very fresh and creatively seasoned. Next I had the pumpkin/sweet potato ravioli special which was delicious without being too rich, she had the shrimp scampi... More
Being a firm believer that ambiance is just as important to the dining experience as the food, we were definitely not disappointed at Tredici. The space is decorated in reds and blacks and dimly lit which really added to the intimate atmosphere. The service was also top notch and everyone we encountered was extremely friendly; again another plus in my... More
