Even though we had a Restaurant.com coupon, they would not honor it because the restaurant changed their policy. Mistake on the part of whoever decided...wrong thing to do! That took three people discussing it for a full ten minutes or so. Bad start. Saturday night, only four others in the place. That was my second hint. Ordered four tapas..came out... More

Having wandered up and down Amsterdam Ave we kind of settled on this place because there were spaces. We were not disappointed. The staff were just great (it was our waitresses first night, but you wouldn't have known it, she was excellent!), the manager (owner?) was very friendly in an unobtrusive way, and the food was superb.. Their wines were... More

We ate the last week and found the food to be just ok, not worth the value. My wife ordered the vegetarian dish and it came so hot she couldn't eat it, even when we were leaving. We figured it had been microwaved from frozen and that's why. The staff are nice, location good but I wouldn't rate it over... More

We had the albondigas (meatballs), bistek, papas, red snapper and tortilla espanola. Food was hot, great and at a good price. Waiter was pleasant , Jose Luis, and made some good wine recommendations. Wine over priced for Spanish wines, but it was "half price" which brought it closer to where it should have been; but still a bit high. Dinner... More

Good, but not great Tapas served in a tavern like atmosphere. Difficult for this place to stand out among the noisy bars that surround it on this stretch of Amsterdam Avenue near 81st street. Service is good and prices won't break the bank, but it's far from a truly memorable experience. For a much better Tapas experience head to Alta... More

Took my friend for her birthday and spend a good time there. We sat at the bar and the bartender was friendly and helped us with the wine list. Some of the staff can be a bit stiff. There was a moment when we finish eating some of the appetizers and the waiter came to our area and took our... More

You can see their menu online, but rest assured after at least 5 times both on dates and eating at the bar alone the food has NEVER dissappointed. I live in the neighborhood around the block. The only reason I don't eat there a few times a month is price and a C on service but I think that's more... More
