“What a find!”

What can I say.....everything about our visit was perfect. The food was delicious and full of flavour. What really made our visit was the warm welcome and wonderful hospitality from Ali. We can't wait to return to NY to revisit Kabab cafe. More

A dear friend, and native New Yorker, told me this Egyptian Cafe was her favorite restaurant in NYC. Having lived in the Middle East for several years, my expectations were very high. I tried out Kabab Cafe with a group of friends. To put it plainly, we had a blast. The place is tiny, but we managed to all squeeze into a corner. The decor is whimsical and homey. This place is a lil' hole in the wall... but eating there is an experience. You are practically in the kitchen and you are practically shown what you are about to eat before they cook it for you.
