The service was fast, and sandwiches made to order. I got a chicken with avocado aka chix mex, and my wife got roast beef and cheddar. It was delish, will def stop here again next time we are vacationing in the cape.

I stopped here with my family to get a quick lunch to go before the beach, and it was perfect. The staff working there were very friendly and efficient, and the sandwitches (which were more like wraps) were fresh, delicious, and great for taking to the beach.

This is a very popular spot. Lots of good candy as well as terrific coffee. Baristas with yummy cappuccinos, etc. Pastry is only so-so Could be a bit cleaner, but the Sparrow is an unusually good coffee shop.

It is mandatory that I get Box Lunch to bring to the beach whenever I am in Wellfleet. They offer a wide variety of choices, and you can never really go wrong with any of their classic combinations. Don't forget to grab a bag of Cape Cod potato chips to go along with your sandwich! I love this place!
