We ate here on a Monday night. Eventhogh it was quite crowded there was just a short wait for an outdoor table. We loved the decor and the clothing worn by the servers. I began with a tasty 32 oz sangria ( there was a lot of ice, so I next ordered medium size without ice and enjoyed it throughout... More

Lot's of fun, musicians are fun, not great for business dinner! Will go back soon for family dinner. Nice selection of foods and tequila

I had dinner here after visiting Old San Diego. I ordered the Cochinita Pibil and was quite impressed with the flavors of the dish. The interior was bright and colorful, the service prompt and friendly and prices were reasonable. I would recommend this restaurant as one of many good restaurants in the area.

This is a very good Mexican restaurant near Old Town, San Diego. Easy to find on the north edge of "California's birthplace," with plenty of parking on site (parking can be a challenge in San Diego!) Had a couple of lunches there during a week-long stay, food was good and varied; something for every taste. I had a huge combo... More

The food was very pricey especially for typical Mexican food. I had chicken flautas. They were extremely dry and tasteless. Very disappointing. Nice atmosphere. Bathrooms are a disaster. Would I return. No. The server, Edith was excellent. Very limited waiting area.

Don't miss this lively restaurant in Old Town. We went on a Saturday night, so it was packed. We waited about an hour but went next door and looked in the shops. Once seated, we had great service and food and the mariachi band was very entertaining. We will be back for sure!

on a holiday from Scotland visited this place on a Saturday, early doors around 12ish, my husband and I were met by a polite young man and taken to our seats. The food we shared , mixed antipasto salad and pizza , consumed with house wine was fantastic. one of my better meals in San Diego, so thank you to... More

This is one of the best Mexican American restaurants in the San Diego area. It is large and has good outdoor seating. The service is good and tasty. Not much authentic Mexican on the menu but if ehchilidas, tacos, rice and beans, float your boat, this may be the place for you.

Nothing to complain about and everything to rave about. Food was good, hot and well prepared, drinks were well made. We waited for a while but worth every minute

I have to say this restaurant had excellent food. I can't remember my servers name but he was friendly, attentive especially for such a busy weekend!
