My group read mostly positive reviews about this place and when we arrived it was packed but we only waited about 10 minutes. The food is ok and nothing to rave about, but the menu is somewhat creative to lure the hipsters. As for service, most of the servers were pretty friendly, but one individual made a comment that wasn't... More

This place was packed, even on a non-holiday Monday, but nothing on the menu tempted us to wait the 40 minutes to an hour quoted by the host. We went to the Kensington Cafe and had a lovely brunch.

This was a great place to have breakfast. We have one in Boulder but frankly it is too crowded to even try to get a table. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to San Diego to visit family and learned that I could actually get a seat in this location. The food was terrific and I would go back... More

I found the reviews for this restaurant on Yelp. It is aound the University Village, very trendy and very good food as well. There was a long wait due to the popularity, but it was worth it. The servings were more than enough, and the house mango jelly was a delight. Definitely recommendable.

Good breakfast places, well, just breakfast places are hard to come by in San Diego. And when you find one, there usually is a long wait on the weekends so either get there early or settle in and enjoy the great San Diego weather, sip some complimentary coffee and enjoy the people watching. The classic dinner decor is great, a... More

We had been expecting great things from SNOOZE. The online reviews were generally favorable and the large crowd waiting to get in appeared to indicate that the place was both good and popular. Despite arriving early on a Sunday morning, we were told that there was a one hour wait for a table. Guests are offered coffee while they wait,... More

Unique eatery with great food, service, and atmosphere. One of a kind for sure. The Guatemalan coffee is amazing!

We went on a Friday morning, at around 9am assuming there would not be a lot of people. We were wrong, there was still a 20 minute wait. Young, pretty girls at front desk made that ok though. We also spotted someone going to the bar and getting a coffee to drink while waiting, and that made everything no problem.... More

We fell in love with this place. Really good pancakes! Large portion sizes enough to share with friends. Very clean and modern. Friendly service!

I want to first off start by saying I'm not really that big into breakfast places. SNOOZE has changed me! We decided to stop here on our way to San Diego Zoo due to all the great reviews on here. Oh My God! So to give you a heads up there were 7 adults, 6 kids aged 0-13. Everyone was... More
