The wait? Not so awesome. This place is hopping, nearly round the clock. Worth the wait? Oh, yeah. Phenomenal pho (and a daunting pho challenge, ask about it), terrific beer selection, and a lively mix of patrons. Loud, boisterous, and terrific for a fun and leisurely night out with friends. A great asset to the neighborhood (Tip: While you wait,... More

This restaurant is amazing. I really only go to Ocean Beach for this place. The wait can get long, but it's worth it. You can call in ahead and have them put your name down too. The pho is delicious and the fried rice is the best I have had west of Asia. Also, the beer selection is fantastic! They... More

...and watching the hostess seat her friends before you. Waited over an hour with friends who had a young child. Wouldn't recommend this for families. Caters to the 20 something neck tattoo crowd and has more of a bar feel than a restaurant to be honest. Which is fine if that's what you're looking for.... I just wanted to have... More

Can't go wrong with this restaurant. The food is good and the place has a nice atmosphere. It is a bit small though, so chances are you'll have to wait for a bit before being seated. Not much of a problem as they serve fine beers at the bar!

If you want great Asian/Vietnamese food, this is the spot. Start with a craft brew, many on tap, a teriyaki skewer and order a steaming bowl of pho. You will be happy! Prices reasonable. Go early as the place is somewhat small. Good happy hour!

Great food and service is always right on. It can get kind of busy in the evening but give them your number, go next door for Lucys for a beer and they will call you when a table is ready! Also a plus that I can walk from my house :)

I LOVE OB Noodle House. Pho is the best in San Diego! Service can be a tad slow, but hey, it's OB anyway....just sit back and relax. Oh, and Sunday's is $1 beer days!

Our friend who lives in OB recommended this restaurant. When we got there, we had to put our name on the wait list, but that was no problem because we went down to Lucy's for some drinks and popcorn while we waited. Our wait time was less than quoted and the hostess called my friend's cell to let her know... More
