Great Food & service! Serves food till 10pm and staff was very friendly. We had the baked clams appetizer, steak sandwich, and scrod special, all which were amazing! Prices are very reasonable too. Around $10 a sandwich, $15 for the special. More

We stopped in for a beer after shopping. Fun especially after a bruins game.( which there was the night we were there). Not loud music here which is way we choose this pub. Not many tables but quaint. More

The neighborhood was jammed on Sat. 3/12 with drinkers, went into the Blackstone because they had two open seats at the bar, sat directly in front of the taps and waited about ten minutes for the not very busy bartender to walk over and ask what we wanted to drink, told him two Boston Reds which the tap was right... 4 of us visited before a Bruins game with a restaurant.com coupon for $25 off a total of $35 or more. I wanted to split into pairs so we could use the 2 coupons I had purchased. The waitress wouldn't let us which annoyed me. As a former server I know it's no skin off her back and she was... More

I ordered cajun chix sandwich...um, it wasn't cajun, it was on stale bread, and the peppers and onions on it weren't even cooked...the chix was cooked good, but that's it. My fiance's meal was steak sub...it was gross...no comment. The waitress acted as though she just fired, her attitude and friendliness was visually and physically absent. I mean, there are... More

I have season tickets to the Boston Bruins and I eat and/or drink at the Blackstone 1-2 times a week during the season. It is a 7-10 minute walk to the TD Banknorth Garden which makes it a good place to go before a Celtics or Bruins game or a concert or even the circus. My friend and I have... More

Whenever I'm in Boston, I make it a point to eat at the Blackstone Grill. A cozy bar/restaurant near Faneuil Hall. We've eaten there several times and have never been disappointed. Their clam chowder is the best I've ever had. So much so, that I've made detours to the airport to stop and have some chowder. Excellent lobster rolls and... More
