I like all the ingredient options. I appreciated that they prepared my vegetarian stir fry separate form the main grill. Good Service!
Easy for everyone to get exactly what they want to eat- from stir fry to burgers to vegetarian food and salads- there's definitely something for everyone. And cheap too- all you can eat for $15 per person. Everyone controls their portion size, seasonings, etc… The only problem is that you don't have time to talk to the people you're with... More
This is a unique experience for only $10.00 (lunch time). You choose your food, seasoning, and spices from a buffet style assortment. After making your selections, take it to the chefs to cook on an open grill. I enjoyed it a lot because you control your size portion and the amount of vegetables and protein. So if you are counting... More
Took our management staff to Fire and Ice and had loads of fun. It was a great location with lots of options. I would recommend this place to large corporate groups

In fact this restaurant is so bad that I will bring it up many times over the years as a laughing point. Overall this restaurant... More
We have eaten at Fire & Ice twice and wish there was one in our state. You pick the food you would like grilled on a large circle grill and watch it get prepared. You can get as much as you want and will not leave hungry. The chefs are great and will offer suggestions for great combinations.
We were told that it was a 45 minute wait that turned in to 2 1/2 hours. The food was mediocre and our waiter stole my digital camera. The staff was useless in helping me look for my camera. The pushed us out of the restaurant and would not let us back in to get my camera. The next day... More
