I was late for a flight and in a hurry to grab lunch. The kitchen was not "technically" open yet as it was still breakfast time. The chef was nice enough to fire up the grill for me anyways. Very nice staff and great menu.

We had a reasonable though not great breakfast there on March 10 and they were closing that afternoon for major renovations. Did not say when they would reopen. Staff were very inefficient.
Sometimes a place just feels right doesn't it? The Panificio is just that. Enough that me and the D made it our breakfast spot of choice on our recent trip to Boston. Service is super quick and if it's quiet head straight for a seat at the big window for views onto Charles Street (and the world going by). Can...

My husband and I were looking for a nice, warm spot to drop in for a glass of wine. We stopped by at 4 pm, which was in between our meals for the day, so we did not try the food. However, they sold delicious looking pastries from a case for walk-in traffic, and they had a sit-down bistro area....

From what I've read and heard, this place is a good breakfast place. But for me, it's a convenient little lunch space when I don't bring my own. In this area there are a few fine dining restaurants or fast food-type options, so this place is a nice change and somewhere in the middle. You can get take-out or sit...

You walk in and order at the counter before sitting down, if it's eat-in. We had a modified continental breakfast--coffee, juices and lots of pastries. The croissants were flaky and not greasy. I am glad not to have eaten them in the car or a newly washed floor due to the massive amount of crumbs under my children's chairs. Our...

Great cafe for breakfast with very good coffee (lattes). We ate here for 2 days rather than in the hotel restaurant. Fresh ingredients, reasonable portion size (not too small or over the top). Naturally friendly staff.
Had a bowl of tomato basil soup and davio sandwich (eggplant, artichoke, feta) and both were DEEEEELISH!!!!
This is a real neighborhood place, with staff who know how to welcome and treat their customers, best blueberry muffins for blocks, and a complete breakfast menu that leaves nothing to be desired. They do lunch and dinner too if you are so inclines but I love it for the muffins and coffee in the morning. Go there--Starbucks pales by...

The service is surly. The place is filthy with food all over the floor. Table also hadn't been cleaned after previous diner. Also, why do I have to get up half way through my food to collect my beverage? When you came over you could have brought the damn drink with you.
