Description: Tucked into a quiet corner of Biltmore Village is one of Richard Sharp Smith's original Tudor Style cottages, and one of Asheville's most surprising restaurants. Chef Joe Scully brings years of culinary experience to bear in his special North Carolina take on Pan-American cuisine (he calls it "Caromerican"), while host Kevin Westmoreland makes you feel as welcome as an old friend at breakfast, lunch or dinner. Dine in the sunny “Side Porch”, where tables cluster around a generous bar, or in one of the cozy fireplace rooms - upstairs or down. When the weather's right, relax on the Patio and take in the singular beauty of Historic Biltmore Village. If you are looking for the perfect spot for your next meeting, luncheon or other group function, call or email and make arrangements for an unforgettably great special event.

The first thing we noticed was that our waiter was very knowledgable and attentive. The food was excellent. It was our first time in Asheville in a long time and this was an outstanding find. We liked the bistro atmosphere. It is a very open and light dining room.

We had a wonderful meal at The Corner Kitchen! The service was perfect and everyone enjoyed their entrees. I had some of the best trout I had ever eaten.

Not large in size (make a reservation or sit at the bar) but big in quality. Their menu changes with what's in season. Portions are generous and attractively presented. The staff are friendly and knowledgable. Good home cooking that you probably never got at home. Try the trout.

Busy and popular place with good food. Not particularly accommodating for a gluten-free or vegetarian diner. Nice wine selection and friendly staff.

We made a reservaton at The Corner Kitchen based on reviews we read on Trip Advisor. We found the menu to offer a great variety and we were very pleased with our entrees. Our server was gracious and helpful. I had a glass of the Biltmore Estate Chardonnay which I recommend. The arugula salad was delicious.

This little place is always busy, but worth the wait. The food is delicious, innovative, local when possible. The specials are always a good bet as they are concocted from what the chef found FRESH!

Yes the food is good and it is a nice place to dine, but I found it to be overpriced for what it offers.

Everything was fresh and delicious and the service was friendly. When little children leave wanting more collard greens, what more can be said....

We ate here on a recent trip to Asheville. We chose it based on Trip Advisor reviews and were not disappointed. Husband had one of the dishes always available, pecan crusted trout and really enjoyed it. I had a special of the day. We shared a baby arugula salad and shared a souffle at the end. Highly recommend the souffle.... More
