By far the best place to eat in Moab! If you don't mind spending a couple extra bucks it's well worth it. It's a small restaurant with intimate service. I absolutely love their salads with the cornbread croutons. All you can say is yum after eating their delicious food!

We enjoyed a birthday dinner at the Desert Bistro. We emailed in advance for reservations (highly recommended) and explained we had a birthday girl in the crowd, and a toddler. They were very accommodating. The setting, the food, and the service were top notch. Not cheap, but great.

This restaurant is not your average Moab eaterie. Food was beautifully presented. Restaurant itself is casual but classy. It is quite expensive but worth it for a special occasion. Staff were very pleasant and attentive. Can eat inside or out. The location is off the main street so you could easily miss it.
