Enjoyed sharing a large quesadilla here at the farmers market the other day. I would say try them when you are in town. Prices are on par with restaurants.

Had lunch, it was excellent! I had a green all the way through quesadilla with artichokes - yam! Kids also enjoyed. We took it to the hotel, since there is no seating. In the town full of tourist-trap type restaurants - this was a welcomed relief

Very small and cute food truck parked in the lot of a trading post. The chicken is marinated and pulled along with corn and black beans make the best quesadillas that we have tasted. They cook them on the spot and it takes a little while but they are worth the wait.

After seeing that the number 1 restaurant in Moab is a food truck, we had to try it! We chose to share a large quesadilla (don't remember which one), and sat on our tailgate in the sunshine to eat it. The chipotle sour cream and green salsa were fantastic, ingredients were fresh, and service was fast and friendly. Highly recommended!

I come to Moab quite a bit and in February discovered this truck! Thought I'd give it a try ...... Amazing! Nice folks running the place and terrific food. Came back this last month and went again.
