There are many great places to dine in San Francisco, but when I am especially concerned about my waistline I think of Cha Ya. It’s a place where I can choose food that is so satisfying, delicious and filling without a lot of extra carbs that I may not need.

Great food and for a pretty good price. My wife and I got two combos, which meant we could just share four items on the selection menu instead of just two. The soup, the salad, the sake, and all of the food items were awesome. Delicious!
It was packed though - got in right before the rest of the neighborhood....
