Go for the lunch specials. The food is very good and authentic. Staff is very helpful, fast and makes you feel comfortable. More

Ate twice at Kim Thanh and would have gone back again if we'd had the time. Cheap prices, nice people, great food, what's not to like? Close to Union Square and lots of hotels and shopping. Not a fancy place, more like a local neighborhood cafe. I'm confident you will like it. More

We stumbled across this place while walking around for a place to eat. They didn't have pho, so we ordered chow mein and mongolian beef. The service was kinda slow and getting a refill on water is like pulling teeth. The dishes were good. Standard chow mein with thick egg noodles and the mongolian beef was good as well, but... More

This little place was recommended by a local as my son and I hopped off the BART from the airport and strolled to our Union Square hotel. We were starving so food was at the top of our list. The stroll from our hotel to this little restaurant was a bit uneasy. It was dark and we were new to... More

One of the best Crab dish!!! And certainly try their frog and be adventure!!! The restaurant itself is nothing cozy and fency but the food is yummy. Never really expect service in most Asian restaurant unless if you know the owner, of course. The price is reasonable for sea food. It is Vietnamese Chinise dishes style. More

This place is AMAZING! My GF & I spent 4 days in San Fran, and ate there 3 nights in a row. I would highly recommend the Crab done anyway your heart desires, we had it steamed once and then Salt & Peppered....They were both great!!! Also, all their dishes are delicious! Great Prices as well (most under $10). I... More

Only 3 stars...edgy location & high prices... still due to good food, service, & company, we had an entertaining time. Location...navigating through winos, junkies, & pimps is not my preferred pathway to a restaurant. Food...Salt & Pepper Crab was fresh, good sized & delicious. Steamed Cod in Ginger Sauce...fish was fresh & firm, sauce was bland. My wife makes a... More

How can I be the first to review this place? It was busy tonight (sunday) when very few other places along the road had customers. Why? I believe it was because you get a tasty fresh dinner for a good price. We had fast efficient service which delivered some stand out delicious food. We ordered Szechuan Hot & Sour Soup... More
