Located in a row of shops isn't a problem for a fish and chip shop---I am from the UK and that's where they are generally located. Authentic feel and deep fryers bode well. What isn't so good is the incredibly small pieces of (cod??) fish. The Asian guy who runs the place speaks no English except he knows the words... More

Standard fish & chips was fresh, authentic (wrapped in newspaper) and quite good for the genre. Most-importantly: I suffered no indigestion. Yes there is a fry-oil scent in the air. Yes the place is nothing to look at. A sign states that this is a cash-only establishment. But the fish was crisp & light, and not oily. A lot of... More

I was excited. A local, who is a client, told my coworker this is a must. The best fish and chips in the bay Area. I was expecting a half decent place. Turned up and saw a small, scruffy, carry out establishment with a few tables. It was empty and the owners barely spoke any English. Portions small, fish not... More

Oysters are one of my favorite food and they served up (on newspaper) the most succulent fried oysters I have ever had! and at a great price. just a couple of tables; mostly take out.

You can smell the unchanged fryolator grease 2 blocks away. The place looks filthy inside and the food doesn't look much better. It was so unappetizing I left and never ordered.
