I ate at this dim sum parlor/chinese restaurant at noon on a Wednesday. The place was bustling and busy-- there were families, couples, groups. I was alone. Lucky Seafood Restaurant, UNLUCKY customers. Lucky Seafood displays a year old review from the SF Chronicle, which should be read carefully. I agree with the grossed out reviewer.
