We had eaten at most restaurants around fisherman's Wharf and had nice meals at decent prices on our holiday. We eventually tried Cioppino's and that's when it all went downhill !! The waiter spoke very little English and couldn't ( wouldn't ) really answer any questions we asked about the food, he just shrugged and pointed to the menu. After... More

As the title says, we had great food and great service, the prices are mid ranged but given that it is still in the tourist part of down they were very reasonable. They were flexible on the menu and allowed for items to be modified to personal taste. The server that we had was able to recommend dishes and knew... More

The Cioppino at Cioppinos is as advertised. Full of fish and flavor. The waiter was wonderful. my crab trio and wine tasting trio were alot of fun and also full of delicious flavors. There is a bit of a view in the back of the dining room and the italian aromas make this a cozy yet casual resturant.

Good food at reasonable prices for Fishermans Wharf. It's a little noisy, especially in the back room. Try and get a seat near the front.

Convenient location for walking; don't be scared away by the road construction. Indoor and outdoor seating. Excellent crab. Plus, they have very good gluten-free pasta!

Service, location, food... everything was incredible. The seafood was fresh, the sourdough warm. We went for dinner our first night in San Francisco.

The servers and staff were so kind to us even though we arrived at 9:58 PM and they close at 10 PM. We just had a few appetizers and a small pizza to share and it was very tasty. Again, our waiter was spectacular.

It's good place but not amazing. Seafood salad is really good, but don't try margarita, it's more water than a cocktail.

Ate here twice whilst staying down on the wharf. The food was delicious on both occasions and the service could not be faulted. Yes it was busy and noisy but it had a great atmosphere. Chilli squid starter was soooo tasty and their signature fish stew absolutely beautiful.

There's such a standard when it comes to SF dining, the average meal seems to suffer. This is a basic Italian seafood place. I thought it was good. I had the Fisherman's platter which essentially was a fried food fiesta. It was good. But overall, kind of your average meal at an average place in a good location.
