The largest Saki menu that I have ever seen...it rivals a large wine book from big restaurants. The food here is great and the atmosphere is trendy.

Thank you very much Ozumo - again..
Now I have been to Ozumo a couple of times.. The food is really great and especially the atmosphere in the bar is enjoyable, both for drinks and to eat if you are just in to have a relaxed time..
If you go into the restaurant then at first I think the restaurant...

Friendly and slick service, relaxed atmosphere. Possibly the best steak I've ever tasted (not convinced about the rice sticks though). Well worth a visit.

The black cod in miso is worth a special journey. All the standard Japanese dishes are very good but I would choose something less usual.

We arrived with a party of 11 on a Wednesday with no reservations. They seated us in a private room with a sunken granite table. With such a large group we gave the waiter a budget and let him select the food and a couple bottles of saki. Everything was amazing. The best was a lobster and tuna roll with...

My brother and I always visit Ozumo when he's in town. Although it's expensive, the menu and ambience is fantastic. We normally get the Gyu Sashimi (lightly seared Zabuton beef), Gyu Kakuni (slow braised prime short ribs), Bucho (tempura shrimp topped with crabmeat & avocado), and Gindara (black cod). The staff is very friendly as well.

My family and I were really looking for some top quality sushi and we found that and more at Ozumo. The staff was awesome, the ambiance was great, we had a nice view and everyone at the restaurant acknowledged our presence. It was definitely a unique experience and I would recommend it to anyone in San Francisco to get and...

I loved this place. It has a great urban vibe. Seems to draw a large upscale after work crowd. It is on the water so if it is not too cold or windy, the view is awesome. Great sushi very creative. Their grilled fish is amazing. I would certainly go back!
