Like the other reviews, crowded but I feel it was worth the 9 minute wait to order. Great burritos and extremely large salads. If you are in the area I say do it.
Had the best Mexican I have ever eaten in the Little Chihuahua on divisadero st. Superb food which left us completely stuffed and a great selection of dishes. Watch out for the habanero sauce (very very hot!) Quite an interesting little place - don't expect fine dining and be prepared to share tables. But say yes when asked if you... More
Carafe of Sangria, jumbo burrito and an enchilada plate. Good stuff. Wait in line to order, find a table (we shared with a family on one side and a couple of friends on the other) while munching on some nachos and salsa (complimentary) and then they dropped off the sangria, followed by the food. I'm still stuffed. And happy. Great... More
This place was really crowded, and the line to order was long...basically a glorified Chipotle with more people convinced it is trendy. Not particularly notable.
We stopped in here on a local's recommendation after touring Marin County. This was just what we needed after a mediocre lunch (see my review of Vladimir's in Inverness, CA). The place was packed but the tables cleared quickly (nice to see some people recognize the social contract) and the line did as well. The options were almost too many!... More
Whilst visiting San Fran we came across the " Little Chihuahua " a really great place to dine or get takeouts from if you like us enjoy Mexican food. This restaurant name now has three locations where the food is just awesome, The staff and friendlyness was just great . There is a big selection of dipping sauces and salsa... More
We found this place while walking from the Haight district to the "Painted Ladies." This place is akin to a Chipotle or Qdobe without the assembly line style of ordering, and many more choices. The food was good and filling. You get free nachos with your meal, with many salsa choices. The place is just enough off the beaten path... More
This was a great place that we ate at while visiting the SF area. The food was amazing and very fresh. We were not dissapointed with our meal here. It is a bit small inside so you may have to share a long table with another party but other than that there are no surprises here. Very busy while we... More
This restaurant was less than a block from our hotel in SF on Divisadero and we found it through searching TripAdvisor. The reviews were good so we were very keen to try it out. The format of the restaurant is to place your order at the counter, pay and get a number then go and find a table to wait... More
Stumbled upon this cute little place on our trip to San Fran a few wks ago. Been to Mexico many times and this was pretty authentic. Had 2 kids (6&8) with us and they loved it. Guacamole with all the right flavors served with yummy tortilla chips. Nachos were awesome (although missing refried beans?)....my husband had the chorizo quesadilla and... More
