Incredible! Off the chart! We ate practically everything on the chalkboard and then circled back on several because we couldn't believe how stupidly fresh and good everything was. Otoro Sushi was by far and away the best dining experience we had during our visit to San Francisco! We made our reservation through open table and gave ourselves thirty minutes to get there but couldn't find parking and found we were running late. This is the place for great quality, fresh sushi if you are in the Hayes Valley area. Never disappoints. Great service. Small place so try getting a reservation.

We were visiting SF and visited Otoro twice because my children were so keen to go back. Food was excellent - although I am not an expert on Japanese food - atmosphere was really nice and the staff were extremely nice and friendly.

In the same vein as Eric's. Americanized, but fresh.
