The owner talked with us for quite awhile. Asked us "anything you can't eat because of dislikes or religion?" When we said no, he snatched the menu, smiled, and said I will make something fresh for you. And he then asked me specifically what I liked and made something fresh for me. The dishes here are excellent and delivered to your table as they are ready. This may mean that some entrees come out before an appetizer, but the food is worth the awkwardness. The prices are very fair, especially for the location. The place is usually pretty busy for lunch and dinner, so reservations are recommended for a larger party. More

We happened to be in The City for Chinese Neq Year. Our concierge was able to get us dinner reservations at Fang. We were very happy with our meal and the service. I personally greatly enjoyed the hot detoxifying fruit "tea", it was delicious. More
