Tony's is tops for Italian in San Francisco! The lasagna is so good that you'll want to eat one there and take one home. The bread they bring to the table is warm and fresh. Every time we go to San Francisco Tony's is on our list of restaurants not to be missed. We recently were on a cruise which... More

There are many pizza places in North Beach but you have to try this one. They don't take reservations and on weekends it might be a 90 min wait, but the pizzas are unique and very tasty. My favorite is the CalItalia which is with prosciutto and asiago cheese ( no tomato sauce) and a drizzle of balsamic reduction .... More

First beware, the restaurant is closed on Tues. This restaurant located in North Beach is nothing but fabulous!! I was a solo dinner and had a pizza that could have served 3 handily. But don't let that stop you from going!! Go because the pizza is to die for. I had a bird's eye view of the authentic brick oven... More

We stopped by at 5pm to eat supper and discovered that we were already on a waiting list and were told it was probably going to be an hour. Surprising at such an early hour. We decided to walk around the neighborhood only to receive a call 20 minutes later saying our table was ready. It was a pleasant surprise.... More

This was the best pizza I have ever had in my life. I recently got back from Italy and their pizza didnt come close to Tony's. This should be in the top 5 at least! More

You can always tell if a place is good if they have a long wait. Well we waited for an hour and a half and had okay pizza. The place was packed and employees were running around like crazy. I felt a little rushed by the waitress because we didn't quite know which kind of pizza we wanted to try.... More

Eat there twice, first at October 2010 and the second was at September, 2011. Will definitely go there again on any visit in San Francisco. This restaurant, located in little Italy is nice place. Both time I take the classic Napoletana More
