Chef places a spin on dishes that are familiar but it gives it a great new way to enjoy it. Food was very good but the desserts are killer! Make sure you leave room for that, it's their forte.

I went to Proa restaurant in Hagatna. Got there early and was seated immediately. Nice and polite staff. Ordered the steak. It was good but nothing really special. Maybe I should have ordered something else. I was not dissapointed since I was in the area.

Love the food here. Never have had a bad meal here. Price is reasonable and service good! Deserts are also very good here. Hard for me to get past the Hawaiin Rib eye but when I have everything else has been great as well.

Had the BBQ combo and clamari stack. Eh.....I make better barbeque anything than this place. Meat was tough--chicken was just ok. Calamari was adequate but for $10...just acceptable. Wouldn't waste my time nor money again. Service was friendly but server never came back to ask about our meals.

Great food and friendly staff. Very small restaurant so make reservations EARLY but they do take walk ins. Make sure you stay for the desserts...!!!!

Very nice ambience. Staff was friendly and attentive. I ordered some short ribs and it was delicious. The cheesecake in the end summed up the great dining experience. You would expect a pricey menu but in fact the prices are very reasonable.

Great experience. Get there very early if you want a seat. The food was excellent, service great and the wine really complemented the meal.

Still awesome as ever, one of the few Island Restaurants showcasing menu offerings by Local Chefs expressing their love of Culture, Family and Food. Rough start on initial opening, but now in full gear and ready to impress you with tasty creations. They also added a full dessert section that tempts your sweet tooth (Love their mini-lemon meringue pie). A... More

I loved this restaurant..it is unpretentious, classy and the decor is wonderful . The waitstaff were attentive and kept our water glasses full, the fish entree was served with an appeal to the eye and was scrumptious and not overcooked. I would recommend this restaurant to my business colleagues and best friends.

I went to this restaurant with my family on Feb. 26 2013. This time was our first visiting to there, had great lunch and cakes. Luckily, we could get seats soon, but normally it might be better to make a reservation in advance. We had one salad and Hibachi style plate which has three kind of BBQ meats, the portion... More
