My daughter and I went there this past weekend. The grilled Ahi Tuna fish tacos are excellent. Nice atmosphere and the staff was pleasant and professional. It has nice outdoor seating, so you can bring your pet. The wait staff was available, but not hovering.

Great, but HOT...no air, long waits and good food. Cant really go wrong, but expensive for what you get. Its a great place and where all the tourists go. There is another Mexican restaurant in town that I recommend.

Located in an outdoor shopping mall in Haleiwa, the food is fresh and delicious and enough kick to make the margaritas go down pretty quickly. Shrimp quesadilla is my fave!

Mexican food with an Aloha twist. What a terrific and reasonable lunch. This is a local's spot that is a gem! The food is fresh; service is great and the atmosphire is pure Mexi/Aloha Beach fantastic. This resturant is busy- do not be put off by the wait. You are on island time; relax. We LOVE the fresh fish tacos.

Cholos Homestyle Mexican Restaurant is located in Haleiwa market place on NS of Oahu. Great homestyle mexican food. If you like fish, I highly recommend the ahi tacos. Service is fast and the people are friendly. Love the Day of the Dead décor.

I rode to the North Shore to see the surf and decide to eat at Cholos, this was my second visit to the restaurant. I ordered the beef tacos and a top shelf margarita and both were excellent. I think Cholos is a good value and I plan to return soon.
