The food was outstanding, the service was attentive, well paced, and very professional. We called ahead for reservations both nights because we heard it can get busy.

We had the ahi, the scallops, the shrimp fettuccine. All very good. The wait staff was excellent. The restaurant setting was very nice and pleasant.

One of the best restaurants on Kauai's south shore. We come to Kauai every year and since it opened Red Salt has been a favorite place. Very romantic and a wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion. Food and service are exceptional.
