Huge resort, a lot of people. Fancy monorail. Expensive food. Old fashioned room. They don't have direct access to the beach, but they offer a shuttle bus 3 minutes from hotel. And the last but not least in our room look at the photo. Award for housekeeping 2012 ?

Food was marginally average; Drinks seemed typical of luau's and we not great. Wait staff seemed not to know what was up. Doors were supposed to open at 5:30. We arrived at 5:30 and stood in line for a half hour before entry started. Dancers helped make up for the average food; they were very entertaining and worth watching.

Awesome new show, lots of fire and Paniolos. Food was good, too. This is the first upgrade in the show in twenty years. I never saw the previous show, but I rode the tram back with Debi Bishop, the hotel GM and she said it was a big improvement.

if you have never been to Hawaii - a luau is a must! Worth the price we thought! Met others at our shared table, two free drink coupons - had a great time watching the very talented performers!

Food was pretty good for the large volume that had to be served. Two fancy drinks were good enough, and were included in the price.

The dancers were fine. The food very simple. It was a very very windy afternoon, so we were not specially comfortable with the cold weather.

The only upside to this event were the singers and dancers...they truly put their all into their performance, they had smiles on their faces, they worked hard and it showed…hat's off to this crew! That said, eat before you go because the food is nothing short of terrible...the steak was the toughest, fattiest cut I had seen in a long... More

Food was OK but could have been better. Pork was cold. Drinks are mass produced and not encouraging for seconds

Great talent in the luau. Food was good but not great. Expected for family style or buffet. VIP seating provided a special view of the entertainment. Well worth it.
