This is a lobby restaurant and bar in a hotel. In the few days at this property, the bar seemed to be popular. It is a big plus to staying here, as you can have a drink w/meal or before it, as opposed to many hotels in the area that have no bar. Food was basic hotel food; sort of... More

I was staying at the Hilton Garden Inn for one night and didn't feel like leaving the property after dark for dinner. The steak I ordered was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the staff was very courteous.

Clam chowder was very good, busting out with clams. Ribeye steak special was undercooked and not a good select cut of meat I expect for $22. Potatoes were nothing special. Server was slow to seat patrons but when they have built in clientele at the hotel I guess the don't have to be at the GOP of their craft. Cook,... More

My wife and i just had dinner here. Very good food. Located in the Hilton Garden Inn in Laramie. I had the quesadillas and my wife had the clam chowder. Not a bad meal. Reasonably priced.

We were not planning on eating in Laramie but decided to stick around anyway. The front desk staff is what encouraged us to stay and eat. We were not disappointed. Easily the best breakfast on our road trip across the U.S. on I-80. The made to order items were fresh and delicious while the buffet was just right. Would not... More

Atmosphere similar to a nice breakfast room next to lobby. Waitress attitude was condescending, but food was pretty good. Our group had clam chowder (good), chef salad (pretty good- large portion,) steak & veggies (very good,) and grilled ham & cheese sandwich (unique- but very thick bread- not my favorite-came with good potato fries.

Once again I stopped in for dinner with family while visiting the Laramie area. The four of us had just a wonderful meal and service was first rate. The Fat Tire Onion Soup and the Clam Chowder are not to be missed. I always eat here when in the area or passing through.

This was my second visit to the "Great American Grill". This could be a stand-alone restaurant it is that good! I ate here on a Sunday night recently while visiting from Los Angeles. Greeted by very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The chef staff includes a Cordon Bleu Graduate. The meal was excellent! The diverse menu offers something for everyone. Our... More

We were spending one night on our way to Yellowstone and unfortunately hit Laramie on a Sunday night. Everything in town was closed. My family got subs but I have food allergies so I am limited with what I can eat. I went down to the hotel restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and the pleasant... More

I have visited on numerous occasions for breakfast. I believe if you are staying in the hotel that the meals are free. They make made to order eggs and have a variety of other options. The restaurant is not enclosed, so you feel like you are in the lobby. If you are staying there, it might be a good option... More
