What a charming little restaurant. Delicious breakfast choices and great lunches too. The pastry display will remind you of Paris. Also open for dinner. NOTE: currently Le Reve is undergoing some remodeling and closed. Not certain when it is scheduled to reopen.

Food is flavorful, attractive presentation. Staff is great, especially French server who has colorful hair. Don't know her name, but we love it when she's working the counter. The setting is lovely. Floor to ceiling southern exposure windows, so place is FLOODED with beautiful, warm sunlight. Love it. Coffee is great. Favorite for breakfast are the omelets.

I've enjoyed an amazing breakfast at Le Reve many times, but finally made it for dinner. This little gem is unpretentious and a trip to charming downtown Wauwatosa is always worth the drive. My savory crepe (duck confit) was absolutely delicious. My companion ordered the shaved prosciutto salad that I will definitely be trying next time.
