Both expensive and terrible. We had breakfast biscuits that were microwaved and made from cheap ingredients.

If you find yourself at the bottom of the mountain and are in need of food or drinks, the Boathouse is a nice place for a break. The Boathouse is a small restaurant located on Shavers Lake beside the Ballhooter Lift. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating with bathrooms. During lunch hours, the restaurant is packed with people...

We spent $50 fo lunch for 4 people, two of which were children. I ordered wha was advertised as a deli sandwich and it was a prepackaged sandwich that was soggy and the meat tasted old. for $10 a sandwich that was maddening. We felt like they totally took advantage of the fact they are one of the only options...

This is a great spot at the bottom of the runs. Nice picnic tables outside for everyone to gather for a hot chocolate or a beer before making another run. They also serve food. Awesome views and pics from the deck.
Great spot to grab a bite to eat and a beer while skiing. Located at the base of the mountain next to one of the lifts this lakefront pub offers grilled sandwiches, pop and beer as well as a scenic deck on the lake to consume said products. Less expensive and less crowded than the top of the mountain.
When my friends said meet here for a beer before the last run, I was thinking cozy atmosphere with fireplace, NOT!! It was cold, dark but fast service with plenty of tables and chairs. Would have preferred fire and couches and gathering spots. Could have some potential but not really worth the stop. Bathroom was trashed but had paper.
My husband and I love to catch our breath and rest here - if it's a warmer day, we sit out by the lake; if not, getting warm inside is a great respite from the snow and cold. The food ranges from good to excellent - the bread soup bowls are the best I've had anywhere - and being able...

Do you know that feeling of finishing a ski run and being "Out of Gas"? This little gem is at the bottom of the busiest lift in the resort and has an abundance of food and drink options. It is a little pricy, but it is warm and has a much needed bathroom near the slopes. The scenery is breathtaking...

We loved stopping down for a morning cocktail half way through our ski day. Our biggest dissapointmen was not being served until after 1pm on sunday. The location is good at the bottom of the main ski area right on a lake. When the sun is out they have a nice outdoor seating area to relax on and watch the...

Nice little joint at the bottom of the slopes to take a break during midday runs. Not cheap, the lines are long, but food is good and plentiful. It gets very crowded inside since alot of people use their bathroom (dedicated bathroom is 50 yards away from the slope).
