I visited El Gaucho during Tacoma's Restaurant week, and found it delicious. Vallet parking was available, but there were plenty of spots along the ally. The restaurant is extremely dark when you first walk in, and there are a set of stairs 8 feet in front of you, so I suggest walking to either side when you step in or...

This is one of the premire places in Tacoma to eat. Bring your big credit card as it is expensive. Your wine can alone be 100.00 and then dinner... well you get the idea. The service is top noch and the atmosphere is great as well. See Teresa at the bar for a drink and then move to your table....
