Ate here with 5 family members on a Sunday night, celebrating a college graduation. Terrific! Waiter friendly and knowledgeable, accommodated our vegetarian, etc. good wines, nice cocktails, steaks excellent. Great atmosphere. More

I visited El Gaucho during Tacoma's Restaurant week, and found it delicious. Vallet parking was available, but there were plenty of spots along the ally. The restaurant is extremely dark when you first walk in, and there are a set of stairs 8 feet in front of you, so I suggest walking to either side when you step in or... More

This is one of the premire places in Tacoma to eat. Bring your big credit card as it is expensive. Your wine can alone be 100.00 and then dinner... well you get the idea. The service is top noch and the atmosphere is great as well. See Teresa at the bar for a drink and then move to your table.... More

We went the weekend before Valentine's Day so it was VERY busy!!! We sat at the bar, which I enjoyed, though the service wasn't as personal as you'd get at a table. The food was phenomenal! I had prawns and my guy had a steak. Best steak I've ever tasted!! Great wine and we topped it off with tableside prepared... More

We were excited to try this place renowned for excellent beef. Ours was overpriced, and while elegantly served, was average in taste and texture. Not sure I'd go again. More

We enjoy fine dining and the Melting Pot is always a fun place to go but the but we always feel that it is over-priced. More

Have never eaten a meal here but have visited for drinks and snacks. Always very good if a bit pricey. Must try dinner some time. The old one in Seattle was one of my favorites too many years ago. More

Excellent food but you'll need a bank loan to pay the bill. I love their mussels in wine sauce, the steaks are the best, and the bread is very good. Many side dishes are ala carte and that's where your tab gets large! Some of the sides are big enough for two but even still they are considerably high priced.... More

Attended with 3 family members as it was a going away party for daughter as she was leaving within the week for a move to Hawaii. Impressed with the food, service, and overall atmosphre. We all enjoyed our meals and felt a return trip was a must. Daughter after she got settled in Hawaii called to say how much she... More
