Heard it was a good restaurant. It exceeded my expectations. Great service and excellent food. Everything was fresh and hot. We will return when in that city again.

I had the Boar and my friend had the Salmon. Wonderful experience and generous with the food. Desserts are not for the light harted yummy.
If you have not taken the Pacific Ave. exit off hwy 512 toward PLU, then you missed this great dining experience! Handmade pasta, perfect salads, and unusual dishes like Wild Boar Ragu! YUM! Attentive service and good wine selection rounds out a lovely evening! and don't miss their unique take on bread pudding with warm liquor cream sauce! OMG!
This is by far, the best and most authentic Italian food I have had. One of my top 5 EVER. This includes a fair amount of travel destinations as well. Consequently, we try to eat here at least once a month, and every week when there is patio dining available. Don't let the neighborhood fool you, this is really the...

We saw the TripAdvisor reviews of Marzano's and were just a few blocks away. We arrived without a reservation, but it was early and there were tables available. We were seated immediately and asked for our drink order. We order entrees which came with salad. The salad was large and the house dressing was very good. Our entrees where both...

While visiting relatives we visited this quaint, and superb, locale. Reasonably priced. We had lamb ragu, wild boar stuffed canneloni, and lasagna bolognese. Everybody enjoyed themselves. The waitress's recommendation of a Mount Veeder cabernet sauvignon was spot on. Only negative was that my caesar salad was a bit bland. Reservations are a must.
Marzano's has been a reliable choice for dining with friends for twenty years. Located in the unincorporated Pierce County community of Parkland, next to the very traditional campus of Pacific Lutheran University (PLU), Marzano's is definitely on my Spousal Unit's "Favorite Places" list.
Positives: Authentic, well-prepared Italian cuisine; fresh rustic-style bread with olive oil; intimate atmosphere (a converted house); reasonable...

What a pleasant and delicious meal our family shared here! The staff was top notch and the food was amazing! Their menu offers such a beautiful variety of Italian dishes with a wide variety of ingredients. Thank you and keep up the good work! Highly recommend to everyone! Yummy!
We don't go here often enough. Nicely varied menu, incredible rustic bread- worth spending $2 for the additional basket. Professional, quiet service. Dining room is definitely "cozy"-gets very noisy when full, chilly enough to keep your jacket on. Prefer going there when we can sit on deck, but food so good I'll put up with some of the dining room...

I have eaten at just about every decent place in town from the upscale waterfront to the overpriced El Goucho and have to say the Marzano's has consistantly been the most enjoyable. From the intimate atmosphere to the knowledgable and attentive staff it never disappoints. This is not a large place but is is relaxed and friendly with excellent food....
