My search for the perfect Larb Gai dish in Tacoma was found here. Second favorite was with Silk Thai on 6th. Overall, Galanga's food is the best Thai in Tacoma. Menu is a bit limited, but everything is fantastic. They do get busy. Good prices. Quality is fresh and excellent.

The Thai food is authentic and wonderfully prepared. Of course, you can order the dishes according to your preference for spice. There is a limited wine and beer list. This restaurant is a store front, so the atmosphere is cafe-like. Price is average. Great for kids.

We arrived with several other groups attending the same convention, but the staff handled a full restaurant with ease. I loved trying some uncommon Thai items that I've tasted at a friend's home, but which aren't commonly found on Thai menus. The food was great and the service very efficient and friendly.

Very friendly. Large amounts of food for the price. Had phad thai, spring rolls, and jasmine tea. The spring rolls were generic and a little cold in the middle, but everything else was great! I was very happy with the service and with the way the food turned out.
