We though the quality of the burgers here was great and the service was fine. We visisted on two occassions during our vacation and there was no problem at all, in fact that is why we went back the second time. Will go again next time we are in the states. More

My family really enjoys going to the Ram. They always give the kids balloons on the way out and they have a decent kids menu. At our last visit, my husband ordered a well-done burger and we had to send it back twice. The third time it was still undercooked but he ate it anyways. The manager was a nice... More

The Ram restaurant on the Tacoma waterfront is the best place to enjoy a beautiful sunny day and have the best Bloody Marys around. More

It is hard to put my finger on why I don't consider this place Very Good or Excellent. The food seems really manufactured as opposed to prepared. The wait staff seems more interested in gossiping and making plans for after the shift. The facilities are excellent, the waterfront location is great, but it is just missing the "x factor" that... have never been pleased with the Ram. The service is usually slow and not very customer service oriented. Food is good but not worth the hassle and disappointment of neglected service More

Large restaurant and bar. Great views over the water. Food very good, lots of choices for the big eater and the more diet conscious. Great service. The wine choices could be better though. More

Great service, great brew and great food. Although a chain restaurant of sorts, definitely worth the visit. More

This one is on the Tacoma waterfront, but there's a Ram near UW in University Village, and one in Kent Crossing in Kent - perhaps others. Great burgers - noisy -brewery type ambiance and food. More

Old standby. Great place to take visitors to Tacoma, dining right on the water and there is nothing better than to sit on the deck on a warm summer afternoon with an ice cold beer and a big ol' Ram burger. More

Perhaps it was an off day for staff and crew, possibly we arrived at the wrong time or day but it was a big letdown. To be fair we will return one more time to give it and it's staff a chance to really "show their stuff". Some wait person(s) projected a "don't care" attitude or so it appeared to... More
