Good food and a fun bar scene. Most of the food is local and organic, although they often don't mention that unless you ask. A great addition to the Sequim food scene!
Blondie's Plate gets it just right on the Peninsula. The food is prepared with passion but not pretentious, the cocktails are tailored made and the atmosphere is unique. Located in a quaint revived church the menu is presented with good variety - in offerings, portion and price. The kitchen is accommodating and subbed some of their yummy mushrooms for me... More
My husband and I had spent a couple days out in the coast and wanted a nice dinner. I read great reviews and thought we would try it. To our surprise it was happy hour until 5pm. All the starters were half off. I ordered sliders and the wedge salad, and my husband ordered the muffaleta alders and fries. Everything... More
This place is a BLAST! Come ready to have a great time! We each ordered a few things from the menu and everyone shared with the rest of the group - it was amazing! The friendly nature inspires great conversation and leads to trying a wide variety of their offerings. Everything we tried was incredible! The wedge salad, the risotto,... More
My friend and I dined at Blondie's Plate on October 14, 2013. We had a great meal! The wait staff answered our many questions about the menu, and if they didn't know the answer, they asked the chef. We had a really fun experience, chatting with the owner, our server and other diners. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun. There... More
I've recently visited the gem of a place for some beers and small dishes. Blondie has brought a little bit of Seattle's Pike/Pine or NYC's Greenwich village to one of the most spectacular natural areas of the county. You say, well what does that mean? The atmosphere is light, bright, modern, and welcoming. The bar area has vibrant colors, cool... More
We went to Blondie's for a special occasion with another couple. The hot food was cold and just mediocre. The attitude of the waitperson was not acceptable when we told of the cold food. Not sure we will go back. Better places in town.
We just learned about this restaurant while we were visiting, and it did not fail. Great setting in an old church, super friendly and prompt service, and the "tapas" style dishes were superb. This place was way better than another establishment in Sequim that everyone was raving about. We walked in on a weeknight without reservations (early october visit), and... More
My wife and I stopped in on a Sunday night without reservations and were seated promptly. The place's name somehow puts me in mind of a diner, but Blondie's Plate isn't like that at all. It's a regular restaurant with fine food. The menu was limited but sufficient. I'd happily return to try some other dishes.
Very nice sized meals. Generous drinks! Especially loved the bruschetta with burrata. Service was v good except on one occasion. A waiter was off duty but just standing around while two waitresses were busy as heck. Why he didn't help i don't know.
