The staff was friendly and welcoming, especially since we had a big group. The food was really good. Our server was excellent.

Nice place with amazing service and great ambience ! Limited menu choice but it all tasted so good ! Service was really too notch, felt special though out the lunch !
My wife and I, our daughter and son in law with their two daughters, ages 9 and 12 and their son age 2 decided to celebrate New Year's Eve at the Spaghetti Factory in Lynnwood. We made a reservation and arrived promptly at 6:30PM. We...waited approximately 20 minutes for our table. After being seated for some time the waiter took our drink orders. It took a long time for our drinks to arrive. We asked the waiter if we would get bread. He said yes. But no bread. Our granddaughters ordered milk shakes and they were full of ice...not tasty shakes. He finally came back and took our dinner orders. We waited about an hour for our dinners with no bread. Finally dinner came along with the bread and salads. The salads were made with old wilted lettuce. Inedible. My entree of chicken marsala was barely warm. Chicken was very tough. Nobody's spaghetti was hot. We couldn't take this anymore and asked for the manager. We complained about the whole evening. He was not happy with us but finally said if it would make us happy he would comp the whole thing. So at least we didn't have to pay for any of this. We used to go to the Spaghetti Factory a lot and never had a bad experience. Haven't been since the pandemic. They don't even resemble what they used to be. Will never go back.More
This location is suffering staffing shortages as many others are experiencing. We knew this going in, so were prepared for it. Besides the slow service, the server seemed clueless about the menu. He had to go away and ask other employees. One person in out...party asked for extra cream and after 25 minutes he brought One. When he was asked for more, he said "we can't find it". Same for parm cheese. I asked if any of the Italian cream sodas were available in sugar free. He said he didn't know but I should look up the menu on my phone to find out? The appetizer arrived after the main dishes came to the table. All in all, It was an unpleasant experience.More
When our college aged grandson arrived in the afternoon, he said he skipped lunch and was hungry so my wife asked him where he'd like to go for an early dinner. He said the Spaghetti Factory in Lynnwood. We arrived just after 5PM, before the...crowds arrived, waited about ten minutes before being seated. Our waitress was a delightful, friendly young lady who took our order and came back with drinks. Our dinner order arrived in reasonable time, with a smile. My grandson and I ordered past with Mizithra cheese ($17.49) selection which was delightful. My wife ordered their Spinach & Cheese ravioli ($17.75) which she said was excellent. Our waitress returned a number of times to ask if we had everything we needed and enjoyed our meals. The dinner was relaxed and conversation uninterrupted. Another great meal. Thank you Spaghetti FactoryMore
I haven't been to the Old Spaghetti Factory in years, but always remembered great meals there. Went to the Lynnwood location last night and order the chicken parmigiana (my usual - I actually don't recall eating anything else there). First, the service and ambiance were...GREAT - I was looking forward to my meal. When the food arrived, I quickly noticed how small the chicken was in contrast to the MOUNTAIN of spaghetti and sauce on the same plate. But the worst was when I bit into the chicken: It was dry and I wouldn't be surprised if it was frozen (not freshly cooked). I am sure the pandemic wasn't easy on this restaurant, and I will give them another try.More
worst experience i have ever had in a restaurant, with a terrible host “Matthew”. it started with the lady saying that the waiting time is 15 min on the phone. 3 minutes after i walk in to put my name on the waiting list and...then she says 20-30 minutes. Anyway, after waiting 40 minutes i asked, since im with a hungry 4 year old and a 5 months baby, i asked when the table is going to be ready, and the lady says soon they are cleaning the tables. ok no problem. another 10 minutes past. so i ask another time and”soon” she answers. and then i try to understand how much more time i will be waiting, and then comes Mr Mathew who wont let me finish my sentence, start saying that im rude when i tried being polite tho whole time, and wont even apologize for being this late, and on top of that he has the audacity to say you can try a different place to go eat or.. at that point i told him that this is indeed my worst experience with a restaurant’s host and the really bad thing about this is that eventually after almost an hour waiting, i had to go in and dine in this place because my kid was crying that he wanted to eat. Too bad for this place to have an Unexperienced host (let me keep it this way) ruin its brand. i hope they don’t do it for all the customers…More
Meeting with family for dinner and immediately noticed the amount of food going out the door through carry out. Very well organized! Thankfully we were not in a hurry as I believe the lack of servers AND kitchen help impacted the delivery of everything from...drinks to salads & dinner. Food was good BUT anything but HOT. Shannon was an excellent and attentive waitress!! My MAIN complaint is that Handicap parking is limited to the UPPER parking lot and should NOT be so far from the entrance!!More
There was a time were we eat here every weekend. We started losing interest after a while when the service became really shaky with less than attentive waiters and long waits for food. The menu also go outdated and it hasn't changed after many years....There are many other food choices in the area. The restaurant looks great though. With a large tram right in the center of it.More
Great pasta, friendly staff and the meatballs are top notch! Ate at the bar and was served fast - Highly recommend!
We absolutely never get tired of coming here. This time we came with a group of 8. And then 3 days later we came back with a group of 21. Both times they gave us great tables although on the Saturday with the group of...8 the restaurant was jam packed. Seriously busy but we had reservations both times and so glad we did. They seated us right away. On the night we had a group of 21 our waitress's name was CHRYSTAL. She was fantastic and I think I'm going to write a letter to her boss and let them know how great she did. She was the only server for our table and she really kept up. Very personable and friendly. This restaurant is such a great value for the money. Salad, bread, main course and dessert for between $14-19 range. We'll keep coming back.More
We booked a room 3 months in advance with the restaurant manager Mike after having lunch there and reviewing the spacious room for 45 people in our party. First things first, the food is very good so no problem there. However, my wife and I...should have known there were going to be problems when we did not receive an email confirmation. I sent an email explaining what we wanted a few days later and what we agreed to but still no confirmation. The time stamp on our email is from mid October for the event on the first weekend in January. That was our proof. I called him up a couple of weeks later and he assured me he sent an email and that perhaps it was my spam filter. I sent another email later and still no response or confirmation. We stopped by again and the manager said yes, yes, to our requests. Now I'm starting to wonder about the place. We had after all, visited several places and this particular restaurant had what we needed in terms of space, parking, and decor. We had no time to book another place that fit our needs. We went back in December, a month before our event and spoke with the assistant manager who said she would send an email to confirm and you guessed it, no email. However, another party had also booked the same room for the same day. I told her that was unacceptable since we had supposedly booked it 2 months prior. We also talked about what we wanted and what was promised by the manager Mike but she had no such information. We never did see Mike again after our second meeting months before. We decided to get to the restaurant right after opening to secure the room which was not ready per our instructions. We spoke to yet another assistant manager who had no clue what was going on. Apparently, there is a lack of communication at the place. We had to move furniture around ourselves and request the floors and tables be cleaned so we could set up the decorations for the baby shower. They did a poor job so I grabbed a wet cloth and did it myself. Then they asked us about our food options. We said we agreed on the banquet menu and the choices that were selected, again, months before. The assistant to the assistant manager wanted to know where we wanted the food placed which should have been their responsibility. We told her to take two long tables and place the food where our guests can line up and pick up a plate, etc., etc. Basically telling her how to do her job. We were also promised two dedicated servers for this costly event but wound up with just one server that was also taking care of other tables outside our room which made him scarce at times. He was a very nice young man but obviously tasked with more than he could handle. The appetizers were late in arriving or insufficient and there was no water placed on the tables for our guests. When the banquet food finally came out, it was late and also insufficient. We asked for more food and the assistant told us that it will be an extra charge even though we had indicated it was for 45 people right from the start. What should have been an enjoyable day turned into a frustrating day. I would not recommend this restaurant for any special event. Absolutely never!More
It started with a 10 to 15 minute wait with a restaurant that was empty. That turned into over 35 minutes. When i asked about the wait the hostess said 'it is a mess". When we sat down and waited some more we finally ordered...quickly. Another wait for our drinks and salad. And then a minute later our main courses were about to be served. I said we were not ready. We finished our salads and said we were ready for our meals and you guessed it they brought back the original meals that had been sitting. I asked for mine to be redone my wife did not. Another wait. While i was waiting a large table beside us was being served salads and soups when someone starting bringing mail courses. This tells me the placed is very poorly managed. Finally when the bill came i was charged for two meals. Last time we come here.More
We had a group of 40 people that we booked 2 weeks ahead of time. When we got there they had a big room set aside for us that we used about half the space available. The restaurant made a 3 item menu for us...and told us that those were our only 3 choices for dinner - no substitutions or additions (like meatballs) even if we paid extra. The server messed up our drink order then completely forgot to bring me the correct drink. When the meals were served they brought the wrong combination of pasta dishes (too many Fettuccine Alfredo and not enough Spaghetti Bolognese) so 4 of our party didn't get their pasta dishes until most of the party had finished. At the end of the meal we we're told that our menu didn't include their signature Spumoni Ice Cream even though their website says "Every entrée is one of 3 courses at The Old Spaghetti Factory". We did get it though after complaining. I get it that this is The Old Spaghetti Factory but they have a huge restaurant that should be able to get a drink order correct, accomodate a single order of meatballs and serve serve a scoop of ice cream that's supposed to be included with every meal.More
