Cured is an amazing place! They have the most sumptuous meats, sauces, cheeses and knowledgeable staff I've come across anywhere. These folks know their stuff and are generous with the samples. This is a nice place with an outdoor patio that is great in summer and even when it's cold... they have nice heaters outside to make it comfortable.

Great selection of sausages and tons of unique sauces! Something for everyone! Lots of beer on tap and quick service. Couldn't pick a better place on a sunny winter day!
