Small and cozy but lacks charm. Service is quick and friendly but food is unremarkable. Huge menu choice. I recommend the Chimichanga. They do have a liquor license - margaritas are good.

" I promise You" was what out hostess said when asked if we would like an item on the menu. She was right. The food was authentic and very good.

Convenient to The Heron and Wild Iris B&Bs. Nothing noteworthy, but nothing wrong with it either, if you're in the mood for Mexican.

i was delighted with El Gitano on my trips to LA Conner, from the complementary chips and salsa, the songs from the young men in the kitchen and the really good food.
