A year ago, while driving back to Canada, we were looking forward to having dinner at the Black Angus in Bellingham. Got there only to find it closed. We went there around Christmas 2011, and the prime rib was cooked just right. At other steak restaurants, often times the beef is over cooked. More

The setting is dreary, the food dismal, the service amateurish. The only bright spot was that I was someone else's guest. More

Went here on a Saturday night for a birthday dinner with wife and son. Walked in, checked in with hostess,(of which there were 4!!) place was half full at best. We were the ONLY people in the waiting area. We sat for 7 minutes watching as the gaggle of front desk people talked about earrings, the weather, their hair...blah blah... More

our server was just fabulous. that's the main reason i decided to write the review. food was prepared as we ordered it which was nice.....sometimes steakhouses can really mess this up. we went during the week and they had a deal going on for 1/2 off wine bottle.....what a deal! it would probably be kind of expensive to go on...
