Heard about Country Boy's BBQ from a friend. Stopped in for dinner and was totally impressed. Super BBQ and I've tasted a lot in my lifetime. Wife had chicken and I the beef brisket dinner. When we lived in Texas we thought we had it as good as it gets. Well this place surprised us. I am from Spokane and everyone talks and raves about the local BBQ scene. None of them hold a candle to Country Boys. The staff was fun, the service great and the food! cashmere is about 12 miles from the touristy village of Leavenworth. If you visit the antique mall, or Pioneer village or Aplets and COtlets, a great spot for lunch is right here. Especially the spiral cut potato. Prices are much lower than in Leavenworth. More
