This is a very nice restaurant in Staunton. The menu offers a wide variety of food. We all got something different and everyone was pleased with their meal.

I try to eat at least one dinner here whenever I'm in town. Top quality food and excellent service. They serve locally produced seasonal food. Comfortable space--a little dark but that makes it seem more private, and the low light levels highlight the blown glass work at the bar. I particularly like the fact that there is no TV! I...

Good food, nice atmosphere, but fairly expensive. Kudos for creativity. My shrimp and grits was quite toothsome. Service was almost fawning, which is better than rude, but I wanted to tell the poor server to just relax.
We travel every few years to Staunton for Blackfriar's Theatre & great town to spend weekend in. This is third time we've eaten at the restaurant & will continue to make it our first choice. Mostly locally sourced food wonderfully prepared & served in great environment. Wine list is excellent, if a bit pricey, but worth it given the food....

In a sentence, you are a fool if you do not eat here! Indescribable! Pass go! Eat here! Why are you 2nd guessing? Don't be a fool!
Food is great with the added benefit of being Farm to Table. Prices are higher, but it also is nice knowing everything is raised organic and local. I wouldn't reccomend for families, more of a date night or evening with friend place.
Had a fantastic meal here. It's a farm to table restaurant and everything tasted so fresh. The atmosphere is contemporary, but also very welcoming. The server knew a lot about the menu and the specials. We will return. Great meal!
the food was excellent, our table had the scallops and the steak "frites". Wonderful food, wonderful service, good wine. What a surprise. We wouldn't forget this meal anytime soon. Wish we were there now.
Potato bacon soup on cool night was a real winner. Not too heavy! Caesar salad was presented beautifully and tasted as good as it looked. My husband declared that the lamb entree was "best dinner on our trip" and this includes Willard Hotel in DC. The locally made chocolates were superior in flavor and texture and a perfect ending to...

Even with reservations, seating 9 is not easy. After a 15 minute wait, we were treated to efficient and friendly service. Our waiter was very helpful with recommendations and the food was served hot. Every member of our group agreed that this is a true gem that should not be missed if you will be in the Staunton area.
