My sister and I enjoyed fine dining and attentive service on our vacation. The chef, Aaron, is fantastic and was nice enough to create a dinner portion from an appetizer for me. The food was incredibly prepared and presented. I had the coconut shrimp as an entree, and it set the bar so high, that I'll probably be disappointed ordering...

The food at the Wilmington Inn is the hands down The best food in the Mount Snow area. My husband and I had the pleasure of dining with them several times this ski season. The tasting portions made it possible to have several courses of the most delicious and inventive food. The chef is amazing! This is a must try!

During our stay at the Wilmington Inn we ate a dinner & 2 breakfasts at the restaurant. For our meal on Saturday night we were greeted promptly and seated immediately in the beautiful dining room. Our waitress had answers for any questions regarding the menu options. I selected the Maison-au-Gaufrettes as an appetizer, which my husband and I shared. Because...

Sophisticated farm-to-table menu in a comfortable country inn. Every course was delectable!

We were greeted promptly upon check-in and given a room upgrade. The room had a fireplace and jacuzzi! The Inn had many games and bar on-site.
Food: The food at the restaurant was fantastic. We went to the Anchor (in the center of town) the next night and although they gave us bigger portions the quality of food was much...

I live in wilmington and would recomend this establishment to anyone seeking quality farm to tabel cuisine. I recently had the Chefs blind tasting on tuesday. And it was supurb! A crispy goat cheese fritter with blood oranges and poached shallots followed by a porchini risotto were the first two. They were followed by local rabbit, spatzel, sweet and sour cabbage...

There are much better dining establishments in the area that don't charge an arm and a leg for shoddy service. Sure, we were excited about ordering "antelope" but it tasted like it was literally picked up as roadkill and put on the plate.
PS if you're squeamish, don't even try to use the bathroom... If that's the way they keep...

This is one of the four patrons who decided to "walk in" at 8pm on Saturday night of Presidents Day Weekend and leave without paying their bill.
We made the mistake of attempting to accommodate them (they would not have sat at any other restaurant for 2+ hours!). It took us 45 minutes to seat them and they ordered ten...

The Wilmington Inn was one of the worst dining experiences of my life.
I was a diner over what is usually a peak holiday weekend, however the restaurant was at less than 50 percent capacity when we made a last minute reservation. Upon arrival, we were still forced to wait 30 minutes to be seated. Why should any fine dining...

After reading a review of their Wilmington Inn's restaurant highlighting their
farm to table philosophy, we called in for a last minute reservation - we were
told we could have our pick of times, and we excitedly drove over for dinner. We
arrived 5 minutes early for our table, were told we would need to wait just a
bit, and...

This patron and his three companions walked out on their bill after ordering three courses (10 dishes). They were consequently arrested by the local police and it was only after we dropped the charges that they were let go so I understand why they would write that they had a "terrible experience". They did.
More specifically, they walked in on...
